because sometimes life gets lumpy

All of our rugs are made by hand — with love, yarn, and lots of imperfect magic. That means each piece is unique, quirky, and one-of-a-kind (just like you).

❌ We do not accept returns or exchanges

...unless something arrives:

• damaged in transit

• or very, very not what you ordered (like, “this isn’t even a rug” level off)

🛠️ If there’s an issue:

Please email us within 7 days of delivery at shop@bloopandkink.com with:

• your order number

• clear photos of the problem

• a little note about what went wrong

We’ll do our best to make it right 💚

📦 Shipping note:

We are not responsible for shipping delays or missed deliveries caused by the courier.
But if something wild happens (like your rug ends up in Antarctica), reach out — we’ll help chase it down.

💡 Before you order:

Please double-check your measurements, colors, and the name you typed in at 2am. Custom rugs can’t be returned or refunded once made — they’re made just for you.
