We ship chaos lovingly, from our hands to your floor.

• Processing Time: 2–3 weeks to handmake + pack your rug.
• Carriers: Canada Post, UPS, or a really nice pigeon (just kidding—mostly).
• Tracking: Sent straight to your inbox once shipped.

💸 RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Each rug is one-of-a-kind, so we don’t accept returns unless something arrives damaged. If your rug arrives damaged, email us at shop@bloopandkink.com and we’ll sort it out.

• Vacuum like you mean it—but gently
• Spot clean with love with a damp cloth + mild detergent
• No wild washing machines or drama
• Keep out of direct sunlight if possible to preserve colour

A: 100%. Every loop and blob is created in-house with love and yarn.

A: It’s the most normal thing you can do here. In fact ... it's encouraged!
