At bloop & Kink, every rug is made-to-order — tufted, trimmed, and finished by hand with a whole lotta love (and yarn). Here's how we get your fuzzy friends from our studio to your doorstep:

🧶 Processing Time

  • Made-to-order rugs typically ship within 2–3 weeks of your order, depending on design complexity and queue volume.

  • For custom orders, timelines will be discussed and agreed upon via email or DM before payment is finalized.

  • You’ll receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number once your rug is ready to roll!

🚚 Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship from Canada using trusted carriers like:

  • Canada Post

  • USPS (for US customers)

  • UPS or FedEx (for larger or rush orders)

Standard and tracked shipping is our default. If you need express or special shipping, just ask — we’ll do our best to accommodate!

We currently ship within:

  • Canada

  • United States 

  • Select International destinations (message us if you’re unsure — goblins love passports)

Shipping costs and options are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier performance, customs, or unexpected goblin delays.

📦 Tracking Your Order

You’ll receive an email with tracking info once your order ships. If you don't see it, check your spam folder (sometimes it's hiding there like a shy rug).

🛑 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders

Once we hand your package over to the carrier, it’s out of our tiny tufted hands — but we’ll always help you track it down.

  • If your rug is lost or arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery at shop@bloopandkink.com with photos and your order number.

  • For customs delays or international mishaps, we’ll help where we can, but unfortunately can’t guarantee resolution.

💡 Pro Tips

  • Double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders sent to incorrect addresses.

  • If your parcel is returned to us, you’ll be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
