We want you to be wildly happy with your funky rug friend. Each piece is handmade with love, chaos, and some rogue bits of yarn. That said, here’s how we handle returns:

💌 Not Quite Right?

If your rug arrives damaged or not what you expected, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We’ll do our best to make it right — whether that means a return, exchange, or something else weird but satisfying.

🎨 Custom Orders

Custom rugs are non-refundable (they're made just for you!), but if something goes sideways, please reach out — we’ll work with you to fix it or offer a creative solution.

📦 Return Conditions

• Items must be unused and in their original weird little condition.

• You’ll need to cover return shipping (unless the issue was our bad).

• Once we get the rug back, refunds are processed within 5 business days.
